We stand behind every tray we ship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund, replacement, or store credit — no questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email hello@innerbeautylashes.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a prepaid return label or process a refund without requiring a return for low-value items
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval

• Items must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund
• Opened items may be eligible for store credit or replacement at our discretion
• Pro Access sample trays are non-refundable
