Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes — an account lets you track orders, reorder your favorite specs in one click, and access Pro pricing if you're approved. It takes under a minute. If you're a licensed professional, check the "Licensed Professional" box during registration to apply for Pro Access at the same time.
Can I order if I'm not a licensed professional?
Retail customers may shop at $12/tray. Licensed lash artists, estheticians, and cosmetologists can apply free for Pro Access to receive the First Tray Free offer and $8/tray pricing.

What exactly is Pro Access and why is it free to join?
InnerBeauty Pro is free for licensed artists. Choose any in-stock tray and it is free on your first order; you only pay $5 priority shipping. After that, every tray is $8. You also get the Resource Library.
How long does Pro Access approval take?
Approved accounts are activated as soon as their license details are accepted. Once active, your first free tray and $8/tray pricing are available immediately.
What license types qualify for Pro Access?
Licensed lash artists, lash technicians, estheticians, and cosmetologists all qualify.
Can I get a free sample before committing to a full order?
Yes — Pro members can request one free sample tray (just pay $5 shipping). Go to your Pro Dashboard after approval and submit a sample request. One sample per account.

What makes InnerBeauty trays different from Amazon or AliExpress?
The difference shows up on the lash bed. Our trays are handcrafted with consistent curl geometry, true-to-spec diameters, and a strong adhesive strip that holds through a full set. We've been sourcing and testing lash products for 10 years. We don't list anything we wouldn't use on our own clients.
What curl types, diameters, and lengths do you carry?
We carry 576+ combinations across our Classic and Volume lines. Curls: B, C, CC, D, DD, J, L, L+, M. Diameters: 0.03mm through 0.25mm. Lengths: 8mm through 20mm. Colors: Black and Brown. Every combination is in stock — if it's on the site, it ships.
Are your lashes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All InnerBeauty lash trays are made from PBT synthetic fiber — no animal hair, no mink, no silk from silkworms. 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast will my order arrive?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail from Everett, WA. Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days anywhere in the continental US. We process and ship same-day for orders placed before 2pm PT on weekdays.
Is shipping really free?
Orders of $75 or more ship free. Below $75, priority shipping is $5. A first-tray-free order also carries $5 priority shipping.
Returns & Guarantee
What if I don't like the lashes when they arrive?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — full refund, replacement, or store credit. No questions asked, no restocking fees, no hoops.
Is there a catch with Pro Access?
No. Pro Access is free, with no annual fee, minimum order, or subscription. The only requirement is that you are a licensed professional and complete the short application. Your first in-stock tray is free; later trays are $8.
